Amy Sanford has over 25 years experience in Human Resources spanning from recruitment, learning and development, compensation & benefits to career coaching and holds two master's degrees, one from the USA in Behavioral Science and one from Sweden in IT & Learning. In the States, Amy worked in recruitment and career coaching at Harvard University and in talent acquisition for Fidelity Investments and compensation and benefits for Aetna Life and Casualty. Amy also served as an 
international student advisor, helping international talents navigate the labor market. In Sweden, Amy has worked for Startups as well as for Karolinska Institutet, AstraZeneca and SKF Group in Human Resources. At SKF Group, Amy worked with developing trainings in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as well as Psychological Safety. Amy has worked as an Executive Coach internationally and is a seasoned presenter and workshop facilitator, building on her experience with Toastmaster's International. In Sweden, Amy is active in Pink Programming and Women in Tech. To further strengthen her connection with technology Amy sits on the Board of the Silicon Vikings, connecting the Nordics and Baltics to Silicon Valley. Amy has also presented at international conferences in North America and Europe. Certified in Agentica and Genetic AI, Amy is following emerging technologies. Amy is interested in connecting clients with the right international talents as well as helping leaders navigate their careers.

With extensive experience working in multicultural and international environments, she has developed deep expertise in navigating the complexities of global workforces, organisational development, and people strategy. Her work combines strategic HR insight with a practical understanding of the challenges organisations face in creating workplaces where both people and businesses can thrive.

A skilled facilitator and trusted advisor, she designs and delivers workshops in intercultural awareness, inclusive leadership, DEI, and conflict management.
